Rozana Vasserman brings over 20 years of experience in finance, operations, and business development, with a strong focus on building efficient systems that support organizational growth and exceptional client care. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Management from Florida Atlantic University and is passionate about the intersection of financial strategy, operational excellence, and organizational sustainability.
Rozana has extensive experience working with start-up and growing organizations throughout South Florida, helping them establish financial infrastructure from the ground up. Her expertise includes financial management and reporting, implementing accounting systems, strengthening operational workflows, and supporting strategic growth initiatives. She is known for her ability to manage complex financial operations, streamline processes, and ensure organizational stability while supporting a positive client and team experience.

With an impressive 35 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Ariana is our dedicated Billing and Collections Specialist, bringing a wealth of knowledge in claims management, billing, ACHA regulations, and claims auditing. Over her extensive career, she has successfully built a Claims Department from the ground up, implementing comprehensive policies and procedures that foster a smooth and efficient workflow.
Ariana’s passion for her role shines through in her commitment to helping clients, the community, navigate billing issues and coordinate benefits effectively. She takes great pride in ensuring that our processes are not only efficient but also centered around patient needs.
