Our offices are conveniently located in Brickell, Aventura, and Boca Raton allowing us to serve a wider range of patients. Front Desk/Patient Care Coordinator
Lotus Counseling Center, is excited to offer a career opportunity to an energetic and experienced medical office professional who can assist in the daily administrative duties and help coordinate our client and provider schedules. The right candidate is articulate, computer proficient, well-organized, can multi-task, and excels under pressure. Must possess excellent customer service skills and have knowledge of electronic healthcare records.
Ideally, the candidate has previous medical office experience and understands the protocols of a patient-centered practice. Any candidate who is proficient in producing content for blogs, social media, graphic design and internet marketing experience will be given special consideration. THIS POSITION IS PERFECT FOR A HEALTHCARE ADMINISTRATION OR PSYCHOLOGY STUDENT.
Responsibilities: Phone intake, client referrals, scheduling appointments, insurance verification and medical billing, answering calls, preparing reports, practitioner liaison, community building, and some media management.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

- Interpersonal skills
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records: EMR
- Communication: writing and verbal
